A complete illustration involves detailed character designs, backgrounds, and elements related to the story.

Character sheets comprise front, back, and side views of the character, along with various facial expressions, all presented in a simple rendered or cel-shaded style.

Opting for a full render will affect the pricing.

The price provided is a general estimate for the commission. Depending on the workload involved, prices may exceed those listed on the commission sheet or website.

Please provide a minimum of 3/4 clear reference pictures, including character sheets, poses, expressions, etc.

Unclear references may result in additional charges for clarification and changes.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if it doesn't align with my artistic boundaries or if I'm unable to fulfill the request.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, I may stream, record, or post the commission process or final artwork.

The provided price range is a general estimate for a commission's cost. Depending on the complexity, actual prices may exceed the given range. For instance, if the price for a full illustration is $200, a complex character could push the cost over $300.

Payment for commissions can be made either entirely upfront or split into two parts: 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch approval. Transaction fees will be applied on a 50/50 split!

Please refrain from sending any payment until I have confirmed an open slot for you and specifically requested the payment.

Changes are not permitted after the final image is approved.

A fee will be applied for any modifications to the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding on my part has occurred.

If you request changes to a previously approved drawing, an additional fee may apply. The cost depends on the scope of the changes.

Your commission's completion time may vary, typically spanning from 1 week to 3 months. This duration depends on several factors, such as my current health, the complexity of the artwork, and ongoing projects.

Once your commission is completed, you will receive both a high-resolution version of the artwork and a web-friendly size. Please note that there are no tangible products involved; the delivery consists solely of digital files.

You, as the client, can upload the commissioned piece to any website or social channel.

Commercial use of the commissioned piece requires my explicit consent.

Printing for personal use is allowed by paying the full price of the artwork.

The commissioned pieces should not be used for commercial purposes.

You retain intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork.

Artwork should not be used for commercial purposes without permission.

Refunds are not available once work has commenced.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent me from completing the commission, a full refund will be issued.

Prior to starting work, please ensure you are fully committed to the commission, as changes in direction or preferences after commencement do not qualify for refunds.

In the rare event of dissatisfaction with the final artwork, revisions will be offered to address concerns rather than refunds.
